A site visit, a zoning and setback review, and a written budget range. You leave with a clear picture of what you can build and what it will cost.

A fixed price before permits are submitted

Concept through construction drawings, with our estimators pricing each option as it develops. Finishes and millwork are chosen in our studio.

We handle the City of Vancouver from application to issue

Our permit coordinator prepares the application and answers every round of review comments. Trades are booked in parallel so the site is ready on issue day.
