Good questions
Do I need a referral to get started?
No. You can contact us directly. Some funding programs and insurance plans require a referral, and your coordinator will explain what applies to your family.
How is therapy funded?
Most families in BC combine extended health benefits with provincial support such as Autism Funding or the At Home Program, along with private pay. Your coordinator will walk you through what applies to your child and help with the paperwork.
Where do sessions take place?
At home, at school or daycare, in one of our clinics or online. We choose together based on your child's goals and your schedule.
How long is a typical session?
Most sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your child's plan and is reviewed regularly.
Can more than one therapist work with my child?
Yes. Our clinicians work as one team and share a single plan, so goals stay connected across disciplines.
